With three full length albums behind the Reds, Pinks and Purples, as well as his 20 years making music within the San Francisco’ independent / underground scene, Glenn Donaldson has emerged as not only one of my favourite songwriters, but also manages to connect the dots between being a musician and a fan of music.
The Reds, Pinks & Purples music impacts with me in a way that music once did , Donaldson’s imagery builds worlds around the listener and his lyrics can make you laugh and cry within the same line. We were thrilled to catch up with Glenn regarding the songs on Uncommon Weather, dropping songs while their hot and what's next for Reds, Pinks and Purples.
