We have the return of Montreal musician and DJ ...Taylor Hoodlum Stevenson aka Mickey Dagger !
In the first hour… Taylor discusses growing up in Halifax in a musical household, finding a balance between making punk rock and electronic music, how getting paid in vinyl helped him find his sound, finding a new voice through his latest project Mickey Dagger, online performances in the time of COVD-19, labels vs self-released music and the lonely art of being a DJ. Throughout the first hour we'll hear music from one of his early punk bands H.G.M., tracks from his Taylor Hoodlum Stevenson Giallo Disco Records release Deava, his Mickey Dagger contribution to the Giallo Disco Records compilation Apocalypse Domani, as well as tracks from his Mickey Dagger Street Survival EP and debut S/T album.
The second hour is a complete DJ set that Taylor has "tailored" exclusively for your pleasure... including music by Mickey Dagger, Blu Anxiety, Words and Actions, Dead Dog, Viscious Pink, Voyou, Psyche , Den Haan, Beat-A-Max & Perestroïka!!! Move the furniture to dance.
