In the first set we give a nod to CJLO 1690AM's Hip Hop 4 Life week of programming, with music by Dinosaur Jr. & Del the Funky Homosapien, ROYAL TRUX & Kool Keith, Edan & Mr. Lif and ROOM!

For the rest of the two hours we celebrate Jesuslesfilles, their 13 years of making music and of course the stellar new album L'heure Idéale.

Benoit Poirier and Martin Louis Blackburn join us seven years after our last interview and walks us through the band's origins... from early bands, doing it DIY, finding their sound, going west, singing with Def Leopard, rules of writing and breaking those rules, Rickenbachers, L.A. as an idea, crossing the borders of language, personnel changes, label changes, setting a beautiful table, couples therapy and hard work.

In the first segment, we dig into music from Jesuslesfilles catalog including music from Une belle table, Le grain d'or, Daniel, Vol.1-EP as well as music by Bonne Journée and Les Malavenants!

In the second segment, we dig in to every song on Jesuslesfilles new album L'heure Idéale, available through Duprince Records!
