In the first hour, Helen Simard - Dance Artist & choreographer breaks down her latest creative offering... PAPILLON. PAPILLON juxtaposes three solos and a live experimental soundtrack in a complex trio that explores the tenuous boundaries between order and disorder. The work is supported by three dancers Nindy Banks, Victoria Mackenzie and Mecdy Jean-Pierre, as well as three musicians: Rémy Saminadin, Roger White and Ted Yates. This is no longer merely a show, but an entire process of adaptation and living.

In the second hour, Roy Vucino & Hannah Lewis of Red Mass discuss the band's European tour that took place just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic in support of their GAMIQ nominated album, A Hopeless Noise. They talk about new drummers, problematic vehicles, having some of their gear stolen in Paris, hospitable promoters, and quaint villages. They also share a 30-minute live performance recorded on tour at La Belle Lurette, in Saint-Macaire, France.
