bill-cutbill-jungle-3.JPG

In the first hour, we hear from Toronto's Bill Cutbill (Safe Sounds, World News)! Bill talks about moving to Canada from England, safe apartments, how Animal Collective inspired him to trek to the Amazon Rainforest in search of building a sound library and how those field recordings led to his latest solo LP, Amazonas... This edit is a longer version of the CJLO on air broadcast.

You can find Amazonas as well as the associated Amazon Sound Library over at Bill’s Safe Sounds website here…. and don’t forget that AMAZONAS is free to download via desktop for a limited time (with a suggested donation to the Rainforest Trust).

We also hear music from Helena Deland, Corridor & Chocolat!
